Since 2019, the Collectivité Territoriale has been equipped with the AIRS Courrier application for the dematerialization of mail. With the territorialization of services, it seemed necessary to set up a high-performance tool that users could use without major difficulty.
With the support of AIRS courrier, who had to adapt to our organization at the time and ensured that the tool was used optimally.
Digitech provided us with technical and administrative support for the optimization and deployment of our document management tool.
Technicians were trained to set up the tool’s parameters, while users were also trained on the tool. According to user feedback, the application is easy to learn, easy to use and affordable for everyone.
Despite my limited knowledge of IT, and in my capacity as mailroom manager and functional administrator, I was very surprised by the simplicity, ergonomics and functionality of the application.
Now that I have experience of the tool, I can’t wait to get to know the new versions of the product. We’re glad we chose this tool, because not only did we get the attention we needed, but also the assistance we needed when difficult situations arose.
