User Club
TIP
Digitech “population” range user club
The ASTUCE association, governed by the French Law of 1901, brings together local authorities using CityWeb software for civil status management and Logicime software for funeral site management, developed by DIGITECH. Its main objectives are to federate municipalities, promote in-depth discussions and exchanges on the use and development of software packages, and contribute to the harmonization of civil status practices. In addition to these missions, ASTUCE undertakes partnership actions and takes part in national reflection processes related to civil status in collaboration with official structures such as the MINISTRY OF JUSTICE, FOREIGN AFFAIRS (SCEC), the National Agency for Secure Titles (ANTS), INSEE, DGME, etc.
