“Our objective in acquiring a mail management solution was to centralize all mail addressed to the OPH in a single space. This reflection was part of the wider digital transformation and reorganization of the various departments taking place at the time.
The project was led by the Information Systems Department. We chose Digitech’s A.I.R.S. Mail solution because it perfectly met all our needs. This has enabled us to implement a unique tool that not only saves time and improves efficiency, but also facilitates document searches, provides a history of actions taken at all times, and enables real-time traceability of correspondence. What’s more, we offer video tutorials to enable our users to be self-sufficient in their training; younger generations in particular are more in demand of this type of digital support.
