Service quality
A Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) is in place to guarantee the quality of our services. Regular feedback and analysis of customer needs (expressed in particular through the Users’ Club) enable us to constantly upgrade our solutions and services.
We also pay particular attention to our customer service. Staffed by a specialized team with expertise in our software packages, it offers responsive and efficient customer support (hotline), as well as a dedicated customer area (extranet) that handles customer requests and provides them with all the necessary information tools. Our customers rate our customer service as one of the best in the industry.
Last but not least, our quality of service is underpinned by the continuous improvement of our staff’s qualifications, ensured by training programs representing 3% of the total payroll.
A committed company
Since 2018, DIGITECH has been implementing the SIDERAL project, an original collaborative project embodying the values it holds dear. It’s a question of adopting a management style of leadership and coordination, which presupposes that each employee takes responsibility for his or her own activity, and that autonomy is in line with the company’s strategy. Within this framework, each employee is a source of proposals and can lead a workshop to bring a project to fruition, whatever the topic: innovation, communication, teleworking, etc.

Employee well-being
DIGITECH has put in place a human resources policy designed to ensure the well-being of its employees (internal development, teleworking 2 days a week, RTT, profit-sharing, luncheon vouchers, health insurance, yoga and aikido classes, etc.) and offers a wide range of services (cafeteria, fully-equipped gym, rest room, etc.).
